Meet Our Honorees - Part 6: Mr. Orlando Ceaser
Orlando Ceaser is an author, professional speaker, poet and voice over artist for Watchwell Communications, Inc. He has over 30 years experience in sales, management, training, diversity, marketing, leadership and personal development. He was formerly the Senior Director of Diversity for AstraZeneca, a multi-billion pharmaceutical company.
Orlando has his own speaking and publishing business. He has delivered over 300 presentations to youth in the United States and in Africa. The list of schools and community groups include Mercy Home for Boys, the Boys and Girls Club of Lake County, Metropolitan Correctional Center’s GED graduates, Willow Creek Community Church’s Cancer Support group, Lakeview Elementary School’s One Day Without Shoes Program in Hoffman Estates, and an anti-bullying program at the South Barrington Club.
Orlando was the moderator for a program against gun violence at St. Sabina Church. He was a speaker for the Alpha Kappa Alpha’s Ivy League Youth Enrichment Program and the keynote speaker for the City of Elgin, Illinois Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration Public Program.
He has performed his poetry to highlight human trafficking, violence against women and safe families. His CD “My Queen” elevates the beauty, intellect, strength and elegance of Black women.
Orlando has developed many leaders and serves as a mentor and career counselor. He is the author of 5 books and the soon to be released, Unlock Your Leadership Greatness and Unlock the Secrets of Ozone Leadership.
Orlando is a member of Omega Psi Fraternity. He has a BS degree in biology from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois.
Orlando resides in South Barrington, Illinois with his wife, Verona.
