The Ladies of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® Chi Alpha Omega Chapter, invite you to participate in an exciting enrichment program, #CAP℠, which is short for College Admissions Process. The #CAP℠ Program is designed to motivate, engage and assist high school students, male and female, juniors and seniors, as they seek admission to college by providing guidance and support in completing the application and enrollment process through the 2018-2022 Signature Program, #CAP℠.  

 

The #CAP℠ Program will focus on:

• Researching various institutions

• Completing and submitting applications

• Preparing for ACT/SAT

• Writing compelling personal statements

• Identifying scholarships and other financial aid

 

Students participating in the #CAP℠ Program will have an opportunity to receive necessary assistance supporting their journey as they prepare to transition from high school to college while laying the foundation to positive, productive and fulfilling lives. The #CAP℠ Program meetings include Team Building, Networking, Applicable Educational Enrichment Workshops, Career Exploration, College Exploration, Community Service, and Cultural/Arts Activities!

 

The #CAP℠ Program will be held monthly from September 2018 through June 2022. Meetings are usually held on Saturdays. Additional dates may be added for Community Service or Cultural/Arts Activities.
